What is in individual therapy?

Individual therapy is when I see a client one-one. It's in a safe, caring and confidential space, which will allow you to explore your thoughts , behaviours, feelings and beliefs in a non-judgemental environment. 

Work through traumatic or challenging life events To support self-esteem, confidence, relationships, stress and anxiety/OCD.

My sessions are an hour long and I will give you exercises to complete before I next see you. It won't be easy and could potentially uncover feelings that may have lain dormant within you for a long time or feelings you thought you had already dealt with resurfacing. But, I will be with you on this journey every step of the way. I know that you can overcome that as that won't be in every session. 

 

I will challenge the way you see current situations by giving you exercises that help to change the perspective and give you the tools to face them if ever you encounter the same situation again, you will be better prepared to deal with it.
