My name is  Corinne. 

I am a Professional fully qualified  CBT counsellor based in Wooburn Green. 

My qualifications include Advanced Diploma in Counselling, Advanced diploma in Associated stress,  and Certificate in counselling skills In level 3. I am always looking to further my skills. Last year I took part in the National counsellor's Conference 2021 which I have done since 2020.

I have experience working with adults and young people in both the private sector and also volunteering for companies such as “Mind”.

I am a firm believer in helping people. That is my passion, that and the body /mind is all connected.  Counselling allows me to help you find the tools that you need in difficult situations. All you need is a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and confidential environment and that is what I provide.   

 

I am currently working with clients who have Severe Anxiety, Generalised Anxiety, Stress, self-confidence issues, low self-worth and self-esteem.

I am a “CBT (cognitive Behavioural Therapist) ” which means I give you homework and tools to take away for life to re-wire the brain. 

I am happy to work with families, couples and individuals.

In my spare time: I like to walk in nature. I visit historical sites around the country as love history, am a little nerdish. I love to be with family and friends. Also a massive film buff and bookworm. My favourite book has to be pride and prejudice having said that, I like any genre of books. I also enjoy listening to music and singing in my car but my biggest weakness has to be chocolate. Can't resist!
