OCD/Anxiety / Stress

What is  OCD?

OCD (Obsessive-compulsive disorder) is a mental health condition where you have recurring thoughts and repetitive behaviours (Compulsions) that you cannot control.  It's a self-repeating cycle which is actually a coping mechanism. Once you have it can be difficult to overcome. People who suffer often feel low self-worth) feel fatigued every day even if they sleep a lot and overthink everything.  People can avoid social interactions, jobs, experiences due to it. And in severe cases, It can turn into Depression.

What is Anxiety /stress? 

​

Stress and anxiety are all linked. Stress can cause anxiety which can build and build and cause depression, OCD  and also cause many other things. It's a Coping mechanism just like OCD. It can become overwhelming and a burden to someone's life. With feelings of being out of control.
