OCD can lead to feelings of low self-esteem and worth. I try to help you build up your self-worth and confidence. It can also lead to depression.

I work also In family therapy with issues such as eating , drugs, stress management, Family Trauma's.
My Approach
I am a Professional fully qualified counsellor.
My qualifications include Advanced Diploma in Counselling, Advanced diploma in Associated stress, Certificate in counselling skills in Level 3.
I am always trying to further my skills. The last few years I have been attending the National Counsellors Conference Day since 2021 and this year planning to attend again.
I have experience working with adults and young people in both the private sector and also volunteering for companies such as “Mind”.
I am a firm believer in helping people. That is my passion and that the body /mind is all connected and we have an “innate” ability to heal ourselves.
Counselling allows me to help you find the tools that you need in difficult situations. All you need is a safe, supportive and confidential environment and that is what I shall provide. I use CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) which rewires the brain to think in a different way over the long term.
I offer Online services and phone at reasonable prices.
- Price's do vary for each service and I do provide discounts.
Online: £35 for an hour.
Phone: £25 an hour
If needed you can spread the cost with two payments (don't be afraid to ask). As I know financially times are hard. I also do provide discounts.

About me
My name is Corinne. I have had quite a varied background. I have written a book, acted in plays and been extra's in films. I worked for Nationwide but through it all I knew I wanted to help others.
